High School of Dundee fundraising campaign launch

Our client, the High School of Dundee, have launched their campaign to create a Centre of excellence for the Performing and Visual Arts. The School has acquired the Category B listed former GPO building in Dundee, a prominent landmark in the city centre, for conversion into this exciting new learning facility for art, music, drama and the culinary arts, including new performance spaces. It is envisaged that this facility will not only fulfil pedagogical requirements but will also provide much needed social space for staff and pupils.

The campaign launch took place last weekend at the Palace of Westminster with actor, theatre director and broadcaster Richard Wilson OBE giving the after dinner speech and offering his support. This precedes a public launch in Dundee in late August.
