Kelvin Hall Progress

We are excited to see our vison for the Redevelopment of the Kelvin Hall taking shape. The project is now reaching the final phases of construction and due to open to the public autumn 2016. A number of exciting spaces and facilities fill the building – the new entrance forms a dramatic space overlooking the River Kelvin; the existing arched structure is used to create vast new sports halls and fitness studios; new archive and research facilities for the National Library of Scotland and The Hunterian have been formed in the area of the old Museum of Transport; all capped off with a dramatic new rooftop study centre for the University of Glasgow.

For a sneak peak of the new building check out these short films created by the University of Glasgow and the National Library of Scotland.
