St.Cecilia's Hall topping out event

Our Redevelopment of St.Cecilia's Hall, Concert Hall and Museum of Musical Instruments for the University of Edinburgh, celebrated reaching it's highest point in the construction of a new entrance building with an acoustic recital of a 19th century contrabass serpent. The event marked by the construction team, University students, staff and project supporters was held on site with a unique recital performed by musician Tony George. The event offered an opportunity for the team to experience some of the world's finest musical instruments which will be on public display when the building re-opens in Spring 2017.
