Sarah Jane Storrie

Architect - Head of Briefing & Interiors
2008 - present

"Successful community projects must have local people involved from the very beginning"

Sarah Jane joined Page\Park in March 2008. She graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2005, specialising in Architecture and the Arts. Sarah Jane is one of our most experienced project architects for conservation works, with an impressive portfolio of fifteen completed projects involving listed buildings. She has held RIAS conservation accreditation since 2013.

Complementing her skilled understanding of conservation work, Sarah Jane has considerable experience delivering new buildings in sensitive environments. Sarah Jane was project architect on the Saunders Centre at Glasgow Academy, completed in 2015, which was awarded an RIBA regional prize and the Doolan prize for best building in Scotland. Her personal contribution to this project was recognised by the RIAS, winning the emerging architect award in 2016.

Sarah Jane’s interest in architecture extends beyond technical delivery, and one of her strengths is the ability to help end users actively engage with the interior design of their spaces. Sarah Jane leads our briefing and interiors group and has led successful projects which were developed out of our process of early stage briefing and stakeholder engagement. Due to the diversity of projects Sarah Jane has worked on, she has experience collaborating with various client types, from local community groups, schools and universities, to world-class visitor attractions.
