Project Info
A new entrance pavilion and visitor centre for the Crawick Multiverse artland designed by Charles Jencks.
A small, geometric form nestled into a dynamic landscape, designed to be seen from all angles. The building sits on a North-South axis, tying in with the North-South path which dissects the gardens. The pavilion provides a sheltered resting space for visitors, as well as a flexible, multi-function space for meeting, education and exhibition events. The faceted golden-copper roof acts as a visual marker, reflecting light and folding into a central rooflight.
