Now over 40 years old, our practice is in its second generation. With a young, vibrant team, and anchored by significant experience and a legacy of excellence in working in complex and historic settings, we unlock problems and value where others often struggle.

Collaboration underpins our approach. Our close-knit team has a breadth of specialisms and skills that enable us to tackle large-scale projects with a small-scale team mentality. We care about the people that our projects serve. And we care about each other.

Our transfer in 2013 to an Employee Ownership model has allowed us to harness our collective interest in what we do. We now have studios in Glasgow and Leeds that work in collaboration to deliver projects across the UK.

We are thrilled to be celebrating 10 years of Employee Ownership in 2023, with our imminent website relaunch reflecting the emergence of our second generation of individuals and voices.
