North Gate is the new gateway to the Gorbals and an example of a sustainable, high-density, mid-rise social housing project. It is connected to surrounding parks and amenities and designed to meet the needs of primarily older residents. The design integrates social facilities, such as a communal kitchen, living areas and a games room, with level access featuring throughout the building.

This achievement is a testament to the client, design team and contractor in the delivery of this project.
