Neave Brown Award
We are delighted that our North Gate social housing project has been shortlisted for the Neave Brown Award for Affordable Housing. This award, established in honour of the renowned modernist architect and social housing pioneer Neave Brown (1926–2018), celebrates exemplary achievements in affordable housing.
The project provides dedicated social housing for residents aged 55 and over with a landmark urban block that completes the Gorbals masterplan. Built on previously vacant brownfield land, it demonstrates our commitment to sustainable, community-focused urban regeneration.
The winner will be announced at the RIBA Stirling Prize ceremony on Wednesday 16 October 2024 at The Roundhouse in London.
