Consider all the details as a whole - an extension of the larger ‘thing’ and give rise to more than just place - but experiences.

Vicky graduated with a Masters in Architecture from the Scott Sutherland School, RGU, in Aberdeen 2018. Vicky started her career at a predominantly residential practice in rural Aberdeenshire which exposed her to the many opportunities available to adaptively reuse our rich existing Scottish built heritage. While obtaining her BSc and subsequent MArch, Vicky expanded on this interest with particular focus on the architecture surrounding the whisky industry – exploring both traditional typologies and contemporary solutions within the context of the modern visitor experience, achieving the ASA Silver Medal for best sixth year student.

After graduating Vicky worked at Simpson & Brown Architects, Edinburgh, where she was involved in the on site delivery of complex heritage projects. She became a qualified Architect, passing Part 3 Accreditation in February 2021. Vicky’s experience includes work in listed settings and conservation areas across a wide range of commercial, distillery, estate and residential sectors.

Vicky joined Page\Park in 2022 and is working toward conservation accreditation. Vicky enjoys finding the creativity in a constraint – creating architecture that celebrates and tells the stories of material, craft, people and place.
